What a positive experience. I’d give him a 6-star plus rating if allowed. Brian responded to my call for a broken A/C unit on a Saturday and fixed the problem that same day. Rather than offer to install a brand-new A/C unit, he quickly and professionally isolated the problem, and had a spare component on-hand to fix the unit. One other vendor, didn’t even want to talk about repairing the problem, but instead went the replacement route. The earliest one vendor could replay was 6 days from now. And for two other vendors, I was only able to send a web email to request service….no immediate reply from them on Saturday. Brian has a great business model that saved someone like me several thousand dollars. His philosophy is to repair the unit—not replace it—if at all possible, which is exactly what I wanted. But if the unit really needs to be replaced, he’ll do that too. I’m really happy with the service and the cost, and I also got a veteran's discount for the service call. Can’t beat that!

Brian seemed to genuinely care about customer satisfaction, making sure I was fully informed on what services he recommended and why, and also made sure I understood the maintenance he was providing. He actually encouraged me to be present so that I could have a better understanding of some of the A/C process, which will be very valuable when making A/C decisions in the future. Other businesses only seemed to want to make the highest sale, but Brian was more interested in doing what was best for the customer.
