Brian provided what was not just the best experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC professional, but probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a home contractor PERIOD. My A/C unit went out THE DAY BEFORE my house was going on the market. Brian and I happened to live in the same neighborhood, so he came out at night to put a temporary fix in place for my showings and then promptly fixed the issue permanently for the next owner of our house the following week. He was so energetic and polite the whole time and treated my family so well. He helped make a really stressful situation much easier on all of us. What a positive experience. I’d give him a 6-star plus rating if allowed. Brian responded to my call for a broken A/C unit on a Saturday and fixed the problem that same day. Rather than offer to install a brand-new A/C unit, he quickly and professionally isolated the problem, and had a spare component on-hand to fix the unit. One other vendor, didn’t even want to talk about repairing the problem, but instead went the replacement route. The earliest one vendor could replay was 6 days from now. And for two other vendors, I was only able to send a web email to request service….no immediate reply from them on Saturday. Brian has a great business model that saved someone like me several thousand dollars. His philosophy is to repair the unit—not replace it—if at all possible, which is exactly what I wanted. But if the unit really needs to be replaced, he’ll do that too. I’m really happy with the service and the cost, and I also got a veteran's discount for the service call. Can’t beat that!

This was the best experience I have ever had with A/C repair. Brian seemed to genuinely care about customer satisfaction, making sure I was fully informed on what services he recommended and why, and also made sure I understood the maintenance he was providing. He actually encouraged me to be present so that I could have a better understanding of some of the A/C process, which will be very valuable when making A/C decisions in the future. Other businesses only seemed to want to make the highest sale, but Brian was more interested in doing what was best for the customer. Furthermore, he actually answers the phone, or at least calls back in a reasonable amount of time, and called a few days later just to check-in to make sure everything was still good.
